Joe offers the following types of massages:
Swedish - medium pressure that combines rhythmic movements with gliding, chopping, basic stretching & static pressure
Deep-Tissue - deeper massage. Extra pressure & intensity, plus well placed elbows & forearms to reduce pain & fatigue
Sports Massage - for those who compete/workout & need to sooth muscle aches & pains, plus speed recovery after sporting competitions or rigorous exercise
Hot Stone Massage - using heated volcanic smooth stones all over the body to promote relaxation
In addition to one-on-one massages, Joseph assists with couples massage and 4-hand massage. Joe also "rocks" at performing hot stone massages (Yes, we now offer Hot Stone Massages; they feel wonderful!)

Joe holds a degree in massage therapy, earned by attending a rigorous 18-month, 1000+ hour, Associates of Arts Massage Therapy Program.
